Feeding Frenzy

Are you immersing yourself in what you want to put on line? Are you feeding it? Good quality and a daily dose? Is it well balanced? Are you feeding it a lot of junk or are you giving it all the essential ingredients it needs to be happy, healthy and profitable?

I watched a very interesting movie last night, as my husband lay sleeping next to me on our ‘cuddle’ couch. We spend our evenings talking, planning, sharing, and yes, watching an occasional movie late at night. It’s our late night date. Anyway, back to the reason I named this blog Feeding Frenzy .

I didn’t see the title of the movie. It was made in 2007, so it is fairly recent. It was about the Vikings invading the American Indian tribes out west and how a boy who was left from an earlier Viking raid, was adopted by the Indians, and he became part of the tribe. Of course, there was a love interest and she followed him against his wishes because she wanted to help him wipe out the Vikings who were threatening the very existence of her (their) nation.

She spoke to him about feeding their love and not feeding the hate, which was consuming him and threatening their life together.

That is what I want to talk to you about. If you want to do internet marketing you need to feed yourself daily with your plan. There are ways to go about it and we will be giving you the recipe and ingredients that worked for us.

If you are starving for financial freedom and want some residual income, internet marketing is perfect for you, because once you take the steps to begin, it can be a lifetime of feasting. Internet marketing is like a buffet. There are lots of choices. If you don’t like something there are 100 different options. Pick something and learn about it. Feed it, with quality information, taking in essential elements and cutting out all the junk. I am confident you can find that here. With Michael Cheney’s hughly successful internet marketing techniques and our willingness and experiences, including motivation and technical support, you have a winning combination.

If you have made your decision to begin, then here are some things you can do to learn about your market, and gain a better understanding of what the market wants and how you can create a feeding frenzy.

  • Go to forums and chat rooms on line and join in. Immerse yourself and find out by asking questions, looking at what people want, need, are searching for and are buying. Join social networks like Facebook , Twitter , Digg , and Technorati.
  • Go to sites where they shop for what you are thinking about marketing and see if there is a market there. Don’t make a product and then try to sell it. You want something people are already searching for. This is a common mistake when starting out. You need to do some research if you have something really unique or a niche. We will discuss that in a future post.
  • Read about your market and find out what your potential customers are reading.  Amazon would be a great place to start. Also, Clickbank is good for research. Click on the marketplace and then you can type in your subject. They are listed in order of popularity.
  • Sign up for emails, teleseminars, and mailing lists of your competitors. Keep them in a special file or folder, so you can see what they are doing, and follow suit. Kind of like spying on the enemy camp. If they are successful at it, then you know there is income to be made.
  • Go to book stores and look at the magazines to find out if what you are thinking about fills a need or it’s something people are searching for. Look at the headlines and find out what is going on in people’s lives, what they fear, want, are without, and how you can supply it.

That is enough to digest today. I have found small deliberate bites to chew on  are best when first approaching anything new. Next time I will give you types of products to sell on line and a list of the most popular topics that your niche could fit into. Feed your plan, nurture it, and you will have health and wealth.

Let the feeding frenzy begin!
